Experience the power of a drumming circle from the Lakota tradition. This monthly drum circle has its roots in Native American ancient ritual and ceremony.
I will guide the group, as we connect to & learn about the seven sacred directions and how they can help us in our day-to-day lives.
We will trance drum to seek insight, and connection to spirit and soul with visions & messages.
I will give you a group drum healing at the end. Choose to be laying on a mat or seated.
Drumming can be good for ancestral clearing and grounding. The drum-healing session may take you on a spiritual journey where you can ask and find answers to help and guide you on your path. The drum is very powerful for clearing stagnant energy.
If you’ve never experienced drum healing before - you’ll find your beat!
WHAT TO BRING We ask you to bring a camping chair or stool to sit on for the participation drumming section and a comfortable mat and cushion to lay on for the drum healing section.
Participants must bring their own drums.
(A small selection of drums and mats are available to use).
